How the ranking is made

The order comes from public App Store ratings and public Hacker News comments, as described on the home page. No company pays to be ranked or to move up. Tool details (prices, plans, platforms) are taken from each tool's official website and show the date they were checked; prices can change, so please confirm them on the official site.

5best.ai does not use affiliate links today. If we add them later, they will be marked and will never change the order. Product names, logos and app icons belong to their owners and are shown only to identify each tool.

Privacy

Data controller: ARGANA EOOD (details above). You can use 5best.ai without an account, and we never ask for your name, email or any other personal details.

What we measure

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are read and which tools people open. It counts page views and clicks on the “Visit” links and tool icons, together with general information such as country, browser and device type. It does not use cookies. Visits are counted with an anonymous code that resets every day, so the data is not tied to you or your IP address and cannot follow you across days or other websites. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site is useful (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who processes the data

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which also provides the analytics. Vercel may process technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and keep it secure, and may do so outside the EU under the safeguards it offers, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the EU standard contractual clauses.

Links to other websites

“Visit” links and tool icons open the tool's own website in a new tab. That website's own privacy policy applies there.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of personal data, restrict or object to processing, and complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or the authority where you live. Write to hello@arganastudio.com.
